What is Kasi Raffle?

Kasi Raffle is a township/village fund raising innovation designed to sponsor community safety, sports, arts, education, rehabilitation, health, social development, business security and African traditional leadership programs.

Buy your R20 raffle ticket at participating township/village outlets to stand a chance of winning R1000 daily food and cash vouchers.

Participating spazas, taxi ranks, fuel stations, informal traders all sell Kasi Raffle tickets on a volunteer basis, understanding that township-based businesses must also carry out social responsibility aimed at youth and community development programs that combat social ills such as teenage pregnancy, gangsterism, drug and substance abuse.

Participating Kasi Raffle outlets are eligible to subscribe to our special armed security response services that includes a stock replacement subsidy, covering looting and business robberies.

How it works

  1. 1Buy a R20 voucher anytime at a participating outlet — before 18:00 enters that day's draw, after 18:00 the next day's.
  2. 2Get your unique voucher by SMS.
  3. 3Each community/area draws one R1000 winner daily at 18:00.
  4. 4Winners collect their prize from the outlet.

Every draw is provably fair — anyone can independently verify the winner.

Kasi Raffle is a community fundraising raffle, not gambling. Every R20 helps uplift townships/villages.
